Instead of entering into a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST), we establish a corporate letting agreement, allowing the agent to charge us a management fee in addition to the fee they would charge the property owner.
Our solution streamlines the process by removing the typical administrative burdens. We conduct weekly photographic inspections of the property, which are shared with the letting agent, ensuring the property is consistently maintained to the highest standards.
Additionally, we offer the letting agent an annual fee, ensuring they continue to receive compensation similar to a traditional managed renewal, while providing them with a hassle-free, long-term partnership. In simple terms:
We offer your landlord a guaranteed rent agreement for a duration of 3-5 years, with payments made directly to your client account, regardless of whether the property is tenanted.
You will receive your guaranteed management fee with no exceptions or disputes.
All maintenance is provided at no additional cost, with each property maintained to the highest standard. While you have the option to be involved in this process if preferred, it’s entirely optional.
We also handle additional insurance coverage to protect against any tenant-caused damages, ensuring added security for both you and your landlord.
Payments are made reliably on the same day each month via standing order.
